It has been an amazing week for Philadelphia sports! The Phillies have made the playoffs for the first time in 11 years. The Eagles are the only undefeated team in the NFL with a current record of 4-0 after Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. In addition, preseason basketball for the Sixers has begun. 

Here at West, the boy’s soccer team won a major game versus Olympic Conference competitor, Seneca, with a score of 2-0. The girl’s team also walked away from Seneca with a major win, with a score of 6-1.
