Halloween, a spooky night filled with dressing up and filling your stomachs full of candy. Halloween is a holiday that comes once a year where people, both old and young, dress up in thousands of different costumes and express the fun of dressing up. On October 31, Cherry Hill West students and staff participated in dressing up for this fun holiday.

Kendrick dressed up as Scott Pilgrim, his favorite character from the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Kevin dressed up as the Joker from the popular DC comics and expressed his love for DC. Last but not least, Gabriel dressed up as himself with a wig, stating he “wanted to wear a wig today.” Halloween is also dedicated for people who just want to wear something for fun and that is the fun of Halloween.

Joel Vasquez-Home, a current junior at High School West decided to dress up as an army general/soldier. His costume was originally his second option, as his original plan was to dress up as a Hippie. However, he could not find the costume he needed. He decided he was not going to buy a whole new costume and his sister suggested he should just reuse old clothes to make an entire new costume! His costume is a throwback to his elementary era dating back to what he would wear when he was a kid.
